I enjoy the challenge a client brief poses when it requires a style or mood that I'm not used to.  For example, it could be a period property renovation that involves a thorough research of authentic designs, or perhaps a  client desiring more of a kitsch look that takes you out of the comfort zone.

 

However, when left to my own devices, my preferred style is a minimal, Scandinavian, modern aesthetic, with plenty of space, clean lines, air and light measured with the right amount of bold colour.  I believe the interiors we live in have an enormous impact on how we feel  and think, so its incredibly important to get it right
